Broadly, I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in journalism at Bowling Green State University while also minoring in sociology. I am currently interning for BG Falcon Media, the university's independent student media outlet. Through this internship, I've written several stories about local happenings in Wood County, popular culture controversies, and nonprofit organizations' contributions to the community.
As I'm approaching the end of my third year at BGSU, I'm looking forward to spending my summer as a news intern at The Press Publications in Millbury, OH. As an intern, I will have the opportunity to write stories about and take pictures of various local events and potentially use the outlet's archives to increase audience engagement.
